$100,000 was set aside for Purchase Awards at the Opryland Hotel Convention Center. Judges selected from 896 works of art 56 entries to be hung in the Nashville Hotel. Suzanne Jack had the work “Fury” selected to be part of Opryland’s permanent collection displayed in the Delta West Wing in the Third Tennessee Art Purchase Competition.
